Depot Service Tracking with Synergy

An EventPak to track Service Calls and Repairs is being finalized by Synergyexpert.com.  This EventPak is meant to be used in a stand-alone environment, with no direct integrations to other Accounting Software.

This Synergy module can be used by organizations that wish to track Service work on  customers machines, which are sent in for repairs.

This module should be completed by the end of January 2010 and available on www.synergyexpert.com

Field Service (Lite) with Synergy

Synergyexpert.com is finishing an Field Service (Lite) with Exact’s Synergy product to provide a simplified solution to customers that need to track activities and procedures on products they sell or service.
