SynergyExpert.com has introduced a manual that can be used to demonstrate how different departments of an organization ca use Exact’s Synergy product. These examples will provide real life examples of many of the functions of Synergy.

SynergyExpert.com will be attending Exact’s Chicago Regional Engage venue. This customer conference is being held on May 10th and 11th in Naperville, Illinois. Customers will be attending from the US and Canada to interact with Exact Senior Management and learn about the enhancements being introduced to the various product lines.

A document discussing the icons located on the upper right hand of the screens in Synergy Enterprise has been created and published to the www.synergyexpert.com website. You may download this document to help train users on the functions within the icons.
One of the most limiting functioanlity in Synergy was the inability to have multiple Approvers, Realizers or Processors in a single workflow request.
Our tool designed for Exact’s Synergy Enterprise allows workflows to be created that will allow more than one resource within a process step to have to approve / realize / process the action before it is completed or moved to a new status.

This tool is expected to be a must have application for all Synergy Enterprise sites.
We have completed development of a zip code radius search tool for Exact’s Synergy Enterprise product. This tool, wich is now available on our web site alows a Resource to enter a zip code and find other accounts (that may fit certain criteria) in a Ascending number of miles.

SynergyExpert.com develops tools for Exact Synergy ASP and Enterprise products for customers throughout North America.
The “Account Code Range Tool” has been placed on the www.SynergyExpert.com website for sale to Exact Synergy Enteprise customers. In the next few weeks, other tools will be added to the Synergy Enterprise product line. It has been developed in accordance with Exact’s software development policy, allowing updates to Synergy Enterprise versions without reprogramming.
These tools will all be discussed and demonstrated at Exact’s Engage Conference being held in Chicago on May 10th and 11th. Visit our booth to see first hand how much value they can add to your Synergy implementation.
SynergyExpert, in partnership with GLM Systems will be introducing additional Synergy Enterprise tools in the North American marketplace. These tools have been developed by the programers at GLM Systems. They are very familiar with the Synergy database and inner workings of this product.
Their tools have been sold in Europe and the Far East by local Exact business partners. The first tool that we will offer provides custom Account Ranges for various Account Types per division. The other tools will be announced in the near future and will be available for demos and discussions at the Exact Engage location in Chicago on May 10th and 11th.
Our partnership will have SynergyExpert.com staff installing, training and offering first line of support for all of their products that we will offer.
This partnership will bring additional functionality to Synergy Enterprise customers in North America. Our web site will be updated shortly as we are ready to sell and implement the tools. Exact Software has created an updated version of its iPhone application for mobile users. Download the program from the Apple store. Information integrating the app will appear shortly on our website on our FAQ section.
Exact Software customers will soon have a new tool to use when working with Macola ES and Synergy Enterprise. Formal introduction of the tool (called Contextual Analytics) will be made to customers at the Exact Engage sites in Early May 2012. Four SynergyExpert staff members completed the first phase of training by Exact Software for this new interface solution.
Employees of an organization will be able to link to Macola ES or other URLs from a menu link on their Synergy Enterprise dashboard. Initially a number of dashboards will be created by Exact, but SynergyExpert plans on building additional dashboards and links for resale.
This tool will simplify the training process for new employees with the new User Interface being more intuitive. Our first dashboards are expected to be on our website in June 2012.
We have created a new ASP page to be used by Synergy Classic (ASP) version to find accounts belonging to a certain Resource. This ASP page does not require any custom programming with Exact’s Synergy product and can be in use in minutes. For more information, visit the website.
